My Legs are Emaciated and my body is shaped liked Grover nowadays...

...been playing World of Warcraft lately, and not exercising. I'm currently a level 12 Dwarven Hunter with a level 10 pet bear. I've been having bouts of short term amnesia and it's bad because I don't recall half of my CFA study sessions on average about a day later.

Impossible to find a copy of Martin Page's In the House of Stone and Light...

A free copy that is. Same with the Logical Song by supertramp, or into the void by cheap one chord black sabbath....

Her Mind is Tiffany Twisted... She's got the Mercedes Benz

As exciting life is as a floor trader in the pits, I would still rather spend my talents on FX spot trading.... my bollinger band strategy when I contribute a mere $2000 into my FX account, will work wonders for a simple 100 bucks a day, 90% of the time. It's now programemd into metatrader, and it has already had the first two days, +100, and +76(due to long Yen carry cost RF interest). I will keep it running for the time being.

The Drug Fairy Awakens for the Led Zeppelin Holiday Wildnerness

so basically, at the open, I get long eur/usd at the 20 period ma, and I target the 1.96 standard deviations in both directions, place the stop loss at the 2.58-3.00 sd, and I can choose either direction. It's contrarian risk/reward, as I am simply willing to lose up to 2 standard deviations from the 20 ma Mean, in order to capture the 1.96. I works more often than not. The piano as been removed from my room, so I had to move the Drug Fairy. Shown here.

Contrarian Risk/Reward Ratios in the Forex Spot Market...

Basically, 10 pips if you find the price action at the mean in say, a one day bollinger band data set, is a good probabilty to capture, BUT, you have to give yourself about a 24 pip downside risk.
You won't make more than 10 ticks, but on size, it might be worth it. Example being, I traded a single lot, and made a quick 100 bucks with euro, and funny thing is, I actually wired out the 100 bucks so I can pay for Hayheehoo and Curious's Christmas present, which is a one year subscription to the World of Warcraft online game. I played the trial version, which is free for 10 days, and I recommend it, here: www.warcraft.com It's so worth it. And now, a picture of Hayheehoo.

Good Study Areas in Manhattan: The 5 Research Libraries

So, there's the branch libraries, and then what I will now call the 5 Megas. The Ultra-Mega is simply the Bryant Park Library, which is hands down, a marvel. So I just discovered the closest 'Mega' library to my home, and that is the Lincoln Center library. Not to be confused with the Riverside 'Branch' library. The L Center Library is a Research library. It has three floors, each equipped with long broad reading/studying/research tables, with those really nice aerodynamic seats. On the 3rd Floor, there's a large reading room. And on the bottom floor, there's even a reasonably intricate 'museum' that you can peruse for acting buffs, and I saw a 'real' Academy Award Oscar in a display case and one of those Tony awards. As for the bathrooms, they are clean enough. And they have tons of internet enable computers in case you need to check on the 'marqueta de cambio'. The hours are reasonable, and it's open on Saturdays. To check out hours and locations near you, please click on this link: www.nypl.org

Today is Dec 14th: Look at this report...and the future...

Apparently, people just want to get their shit done early before the Holiday madness, and that includes releasing numbers early, shown here from the New York Federal Reserve Website... Too bad it's just a mere regional manufacturing report, but it's definitely way above estimates, as you can see, 23.1 versus the 18 that is expected 'tomorrow' at 8:30am. Hah, hah, fuck you very much, I'm long Usd now... I figure it should hit the tapes in about 15 minutes or so... and it should provide for some action during Nip trading hours. Now the term, 'Nip' is a mild ethnic slur, to the extent that 'Jap' is. WWII was rampant with lowly Allied footsoldiers using the word, 'Nip' like they were going to purchase, 'Nips' Cheese Crackers at the 'Lil General. Funny thing about 'racism', is that it's not a big deal or outrage when 'white trash' people are openly racist(except if you are a Police Officer, because in case you didn't know, most police officers are uneducated 'white trash'); anyways, it's only a problem when you've reached middle class or above. It's just another example of the hypocritical double standard warped skew on the 'Liberal Pussy Curve'.

And We Never Failed to Fail...it was the Easiest Thing to do...

...oddly warm today after the subzero of yesterFriday. Trying to catch the end of a rollercoaster currency volatility, but looks like I'm a little bit late, and we're slowing down, and I'm out of tickets... I had eighty feet of the waterline, was nicely making way... and now, I'm exhausted, like an old man in a very cheap hospice, looking at the sun, and not minding at all to die in his sleep tonight, just one more sunset, and one more night of sleep, and I can be gone from my little world.

wacky day, but busy hedging coffee futures...

...yeah, pound went up over 200 pips, and then down over 200 pips in about an hour, let alone yen, euro... strong NFP, weak Michigan, Hank Paulson, and BOJ no rate hikes according to some thinktank in Nippon. Too bad I was stuck in the coffee pit with a bunch of nutcases.

This Evolution Stuff is a Fucking Up My Eyes...

Kramer(Seinfeld) lucked out due to the four syllable phrase, '50 Bullets'. And some scotch and good tunes, always settles my accounts, and makes me comfortable with death. A biker bar shouldn't be playing fucking Timberlake and some shit about 'Lumps'. They need to hire some older bartenders or something. A little Southern Cross, a little ACDC, and sure, I'll throw in some shitty monotone one chord Black Sabbath...

Thank you very much, Mr. Roboto, for doing the jobs nobody wants to...

...so I took some photos of the holiday village in Union Square, which is pretty outstanding, on my way to see George Soros at the BN. Not much talk about economics other than basic answers, and a lot more talk about humdrum politics.

I think a Hungarian Jew who survived a Nazi Death camp in WWII has the right to be liberal, especially one who puts his money where his mouth is; what bothers me are the multitude of 3rd and 4th generation white kids/people in America who think they are deservingly right to be liberal too. Give the world a break. You fucking faggots. Same goes for any minority born in America after 1970. Don't bitch and ride on the ticket of somebody else's past suffering. (even if it's 'oh so fashionable' and having 'street cred' is much cooler than having 'college cred').

The interviewer tried to squeeze out of him an answer about which candidates he likes the most for the Democratic card in '08, and he interpreted that Barrack Obama was on the top of his list. A junior senator is simply too young to get elected(regardless of the other obvious factoid). But that's all I'm going to say about an issue that I haven't really researched. The sun seems to be going to down extra early this year, and there's a hint of impending death in it. The Bank of England and the European Central Bank will have their double header at 700am and 730am est Thursday. Regardless of the rhetoric, and the 100 pip daily swings, the pound is due for a retracement, at least to the 1.93 handle within a few days to a week, unless U.S. NFP on Friday is a flagrant shitter.

Might Check out George Soros at Union Square...

...so I figure the crowd is going to be overwhelmingly composed of leftist liberals who flock to anything with the word, 'Anti' in it, but I'm sure he'll talk about some interesting macro/micro shit too. I'm also exhausted and about to fall asleep...

Went to see the marionette play, 'The Fortune Teller'

www.here.org is the link to get tickets and info. It was a good puppet play with great music, and a really twisted ending, that if I was stoned, I would have surpassed a minor level in sentience, of which I am currently trying to achieve. You should see it just for the hell of it. Something about the 'closing' of the play was bizarre and vaudevillian.
